The Easter Weekend is fast approaching and the last month has been a busy one!

I am working with Huddersfield Philharmonic Orchestra on Tuesday 26th March on Saint-Saëns Organ Symphony. What an incredible piece!

On Wednesday 20th March I was invited to rehearse Flint Male Voice Choir in preparation for their performance at the National Eisteddfod.

The second concert this season with the Orchestra of Square Chapel in Halifax was a huge success on Sunday 17th March. Our hard work certainly paid off with a vibrant and exciting performance of Beethoven’s Pastoral Symphony. Rachel Spencer also gave wonderful performances of Vaughan Williams’ Lark Ascending and Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. It was great to see the Square Chapel packed with a really appreciative audience.

On Wednesday 13th March, I was back at the University of Manchester, working with orchestra and Ad Solem Chamber Choir, helping conducting students prepare for their performance of Beethoven’s Mass in C at the RNCM.

On 16th February, Cantorin Rhos Choir once again joined forces with Acquire in a concert at Trinity Church, Wrexham. I am very much looking forward to our performance of Faure’s Requiem in April.

Last, but definitely not least, all the school concerts where the groups and students I conduct and teach excelled themselves in performances!

Looking forward to April!
